Project Lyndon

Project Lyndon

In the midst of all this business, read: busyness or busywork, somehow, I’ve taken my eye off my own health and fitness. Normally an active type of bloke, I’ve really been focusing on building the AF brand, to the detriment of my own inner Adventure Freak.

So, 2 weeks ago I started again. Reboot. Reset. Focus!

I remember being told by Steven Covey many years ago. Begin with the end in mind.
So my objective is:
Be fit enough to enjoy these adventures I’m involved in! simple hey?

So, welcome to Project Lyndon.
Here’s where I started last week.

Busting out of my clothes and 94.8 kgs. Jeepers. 94.8!!!! my motocross weight was 67!!!

So, lets get this project underway. Drastic times call for drastic measures.

So, enter, my new diet for the last week and possibly for the next few.

Optifast!!!!

By totally replacing all my meals, with a Very Low Calorie Diet, i drop my calorie and meal size intake dramatically. It's also very simple so i save myself time in meal prep. It may not be everyones cup of tea, but im giving it a crack.

And proof seems to be in the pudding ( or lack of) I've just weighed in right now and I’m starting to make some progress. 92.9kgs

Next step: back on the bike. Stay tuned for more next week
